This arcade game has a side-scrolling game in which you are a ninja who uses a spinning sword to attack enemies. Bells are used for gaining power-ups or other weapons. The first end-boss is Death Breath. This game was sold for the arcades as a conversion kit, and does not have a dedicated cabinet.
